Tiffany Fraser Steele is a costume and performance designer for theatre, based in Suffolk and London.
She trained at Middlesex University gaining a BA (Hons) in fashion design. Followed by a career in magazine publishing, as a Fashion Editor and Art Director for both stills and moving image.
In 2024, Tiffany graduated with distinction in MA Costume Design for Performance, from UAL London College of Fashion,with her designs featured at the LCF showcase.
In 2023, she was awarded the Linbury Prize, with her work exhibited at the National Theatre.
Tiffany works across Theatre, Opera, Dance and Physical Theatre.
With a particular interest in what research and immersion in the themes of each project, coupled with the power of collaboration can do to shape costume and environment design and amplify storytelling.
Experience in fashion styling, photography, design, research, mood boards and making enables a multidisciplinary approach to the creative process.
Committed to sustainable practice, Tiffany is certified carbon literate and works in line with Theatre Green book values, adopting a policy of re-use, where possible.
